Three ingredients, tasty and simple.
4-5 large Yukon gold potatoes sliced
3-4 chipotle in adobo minced
2 cups heavy cream
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
1. Layer the potatoes in a skillet or casserole. Season with salt and pepper.
2. Mix chipotles and cream and pour over potatoes.
3. Bake 45-50 minutes.
